I am really really really sad i missed out on the butterfly exhibit at the Desert Botanical Gardens. What on earth was i thinking. These delicate creatures absolutely fascinate me. My grandmother used to have one in a small glass box that i would admire whenever we would visit her and Papaw's house. I remember it was an exquisite monarch that lived on top of her wooden dresser.
The only other thing that makes me smile when i look at a butterfly is my best friend Jessie.
